Online Database

New Online Database – https://cofeportal.org

We have now joined the new national database.  This has replaced the Parishinfo system and will require a new log on.  From the 20th April 2015, access to the old system will be suspended.

Data protection

The data protection form you have provided in the past is still current. A new Data protection form will be available shortly.  The new system has three levels of privacy:  Public, Diocese, Private.

Once you have access to the database you will be able to set your own privacy settings and update your own records.  You can add different permissions to different parts of your record.

Public – This is the same level set by the existing data protection form which is “Website”  (anyone can see your data)

Diocese – This is the same level set by the existing data protection form which is “Directory” (Only someone approved by the Diocese and is in a role within our churches or Diocese can see your data)

Private – This is the same level set by the existing data protection form which is “withheld” (only limited staff at the Diocesan office can see your information)

If you have any questions or require help, please contact either Fraser McNish or Clare Hardy (mornings only) at the Diocesan Office.

If you would like to change the way we use your data, please complete a new data protection form and return to Jubilee House.
