Faith leaders building relationships in Notts

Mental health issues will be on the agenda when faith leaders meet at the Nottingham home of Rabbi Moshe Perez on May 6th.

Guests will include Dr Michele Hampson, Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, and John McCallum, Near Neighbours development worker.

Members of the Muslim and Jewish faiths, the United Reformed Church, Methodist, Independent, Baptist and Anglican churches will all be represented, including the Archdeacon of Nottingham, the Ven Peter Hill, and the Bishop of Sherwood, the Rt Revd Tony Porter.

Bishop Tony said: “As faith leaders we all want to contribute to the life and vibrancy of the city and county and especially to work together for those who feel excluded.”
