Diocesan Lead for Growing Younger Disciples (age 0-18) (FT: £42,670)

You are already an effective and gifted worker amongst this age range who is ready to take on a senior strategic role to inspire, equip and enable 300 churches in reaching the next generation.
You are ready for a pivotal role, working within a dedicated Discipleship & Ministry team, excited by the prospect of enabling New Worshipping Communities to be established across the diocese that are well-placed to reach children and youth. We are seeking someone who can develop an innovative training model to equip our churches and 75 Church Schools (including 7 secondary) in Growing Younger Disciples. You have gifts in evangelism and communicating the gospel to children and/or youth and are nationally networked. You will have a track record of initiating and developing work with children, youth and families, seeing spiritual and numerical growth in this area.
This role has a genuine occupational requirement for a communicant member of the Church of England or Churches Together in Britain and Ireland.
