Remembrance Sunday from Southwell Minster

Today is Remembrance Sunday and in a change to our plans, we would like to invite you to join us for a pre-recorded service from Southwell Minster. The service includes full music from a reduced choir and the Bishop’s full address.

The service will be available from 10.55am today, and to watch later, so as many people as possible can feel part of it. We warmly invite you to join us.

You can see it from 10.55am by visiting Southwell Minster’s website here

Remembrance honours those who serve to defend our democratic freedoms and way of life. We unite across faiths, cultures and backgrounds to remember the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community from Britain and the Commonwealth.

This year in the midst of the pandemic and the lockdown restrictions we are all living by, it is a time for us all to come together in new, unprecedented ways.

We will remember them.
