The Discipleship & Lay Vocations Principal will oversee and manage the strategic breadth of our lay teaching and training provision, including:
a dynamic diocese-wide discipleship programme
our diverse and innovative in-house Licensed Lay Ministry scheme, as well as a broadening vision for lay ministry in all its forms
fresh approaches to resourcing and equipping discipleship and ministry through our pioneering Learning Hub.
