Supporting the diocesan mission and the work of clergy across the Diocese, there are a range of support roles working from the modern offices in Southwell. Located opposite the Minster, with plenty of on-site parking, the offices are open plan and provide a attractive working environment. Date:

35 hours per week – £47,495 – £48,498 per annum / plus pension contribution

The Discipleship & Lay Vocations Principal will oversee and manage the strategic breadth of our lay teaching and training provision, including:

a dynamic diocese-wide discipleship programme

our diverse and innovative in-house Licensed Lay Ministry scheme, as well as a broadening vision for lay ministry in all its forms

fresh approaches to resourcing and equipping discipleship and ministry through our pioneering Learning Hub.
