Operations Manager, Rural Cluster 1 (St Nicholas Bawtry)

Full time 37.5hrs/week / £30,000-35,000 depending on experience / Fixed Term to the end of 2030 with the possibility of extension

We are seeking a passionate follower of Jesus to strategically lead the operational management and development of systems and processes within this newly formed cluster of rural churches.  

The post holder will be a key member of our growing, enthusiastic and innovative Leadership Team. The primary purpose of this role is to support and release the missional potential of the cluster and its ministry team as we seek to enable communities of faith to flourish and grow in our rural contexts.
