Kids Pastor, St Paul’s Carlton in the Willows

Full-time 35hrs per week / Fixed Term – 6 month , with possibility of extending to 2030 / £28,154
-£31,285 depending on experience / plus up to 6% pension contribution

church walls?

We’re looking for an inspiring Kids Pastor to pioneer and grow a vibrant ministry for 0-11s at St Paul’s Church, Carlton as we embark on a period of revitalisation at St Paul’s Church,
located in the heart of Carlton. A key part of our vision is investing in reaching
the next generation. Through this role we hope to see many children and families in the local
area come to know Jesus.

Key Responsibilities:
-Build and lead children’s ministry (Sundays,
midweek, events)
-Recruit and equip a volunteer team
-Develop school partnerships and community
outreach
-Manage the children’s ministry budget and
ensure safeguarding

Key Requirements:
-Active Christian faith
-Experience in children’s ministry
-Great communication and leadership skills
-A heart for discipleship and creativity
-Flexibility for Sundays/evenings and key events
