Youth Pastor, St Paul’s Carlton in the Willows

Full-time 35hrs per week / Fixed Term – 6 month , with possibility of extending to 2030 / £28,154
-£31,285 depending on experience / plus up to 6% pension contribution

Are you passionate about discipling young people and leading vibrant youth ministry? We
are looking for a Youth Pastor to join us as we embark on a period of revitalisation at St Paul’s
Church, located in the heart of Carlton.

This is an incredible opportunity to build and grow ministry among 11–18s, both in church and the wider community. A key part of our vision is investing in reaching the next generation. Through this role we hope to see many young people in the local area come to know Jesus.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and develop youth ministry within church
and local community
-Create discipleship pathways through Sundays
and midweek programmes
-Recruit and support volunteer youth leaders
-Build partnerships with local schools
-Oversee youth budget and ensure safeguarding

Key Requirements:
-Active Christian faith
-Experience in youth ministry within a church
-Passion for outreach, discipleship, and
engaging young people
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Knowledge of safeguarding and flexible
availability
