Operations Manager, Kirkby-in-Ashfield

Full time 35hrs/week / £30-35,000 depending on experience, plus up to 6% pension / Fixed term to the end of 2030

St. Thomas’s Church, in partnership with St. Wilfrid’s, is at the beginning of an exciting and ambitious journey of growth. We have recently appointed a new vicar and acquired significant funding to support our plans.  

We are looking to grow St. Thomas’s church as a resourcing church to resource Kirkby and the wider area in conjunction with other churches, including St Wilfrid’s. We have already seen growth in attendance including children since the appointment of our new leader. 

We are now looking to recruit an operations director who can support the team in their growth. This person will significantly contribute to the step change growth anticipated in a new church revitalisation looking to grow the church younger and reaching out to the whole community with the love of Jesus.
