Supporting the diocesan mission and the work of clergy across the Diocese, there are a range of support roles working from the modern offices in Southwell. Part time 14 hours per week / £39,742 – £42,794 (FTE) per annum pro rata / 10% pension contribution

This role will enhance safeguarding support for the Cathedral and the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser (DSA) in serving and equipping the Cathedral community and the Diocese to live out its mission. 

Based in Southwell, the successful candidate will provide management of new and existing cases as directed by the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, undertake risk assessments and support cathedral staff during a child or adult protection enquiry and afterwards.

This is an opportunity for a suitably experienced Safeguarding professional to use their skills to enhance the support to the Cathedral in a complex environment.
