Children and Families’ Minister, St Mary’s East Leake

35 hours per week / £27,300 – £31,000  (plus 5% pension) / Two-year fixed-term appointment, with strong potential for extension up to five years, subject to continued funding

Growing Young Disciples of Christ

At St Mary’s East Leake we are seeking to grow disciples of Christ with compassion, confidence and courage across the ages. There is much that is happening within the life and mission of the church, but we would love to grow. With that in mind we are looking to appoint a Children & Families’ Minister to join our team.

You would have three main areas of focus:

Lead our existing mission and ministry among children and families.

Develop opportunities within the local primary schools to explore the good news of Jesus.

Draw in the wider church to play its part in ministry among children and families.

This is a full-time role, but we would be opening to exploring part-time or job share arrangements.
