35hrs/week (full time) / £28,154 – £31, 285 (plus up to 10% pension contribution) / Fixed Term until 2030 with the possibility of extending beyond this date
To oversee, expand and develop Children (3-11 yrs.) and Families Ministry, and Youth (11-17) across the 4 benefices in Rural Cluster 1 with a particular focus on creating missional initiatives within local primary schools. You will be supporting and enabling children and youth discipleship in our churches, but with a particular focus on reaching and discipling under 18’s who are not currently part of our church communities and drawing them into the regular worshipping life of our churches.
