St Mary’s has been recognised by the Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham as a place ready for growth, renewal, and wider impact. Our calling is to be the Living Hope for Arnold — a community where God’s love is seen, felt, and shared across every stage of life.

To step into this vision, we are seeking a full time Emerging Generations Lead (Children) who can help us build the structures and rhythms that allow ministry to flourish. If you love organising people, strengthening teams, and creating systems that release others into their calling, we’d love to talk with you.
