Operations Manager, St Mary Magdalene with St Leonard

Full time 37.5hrs/week / £36,000-40,000 / Fixed term until the end of 2030

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to work closely with church leaders and the staff team. This pivotal role will strategically direct and operationally enable the church’s vision by developing and implementing effective systems, processes, and support structures. The Operations Manager will ensure our buildings, teams, and resources are equipped to support worship and release mission, helping both staff and volunteers flourish.
