Full-time 35hrs per week / Fixed Term – 6 month , with possibility of extending to 2030 / starting salary £33,615 per annum, plus up to 6% pension contribution
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled, proactive, and faith-filled Operations Manager to join us as we embark on a period of revitalisation at St Paul’s Church, located in the heart of Carlton.
This is a unique chance to play a vital role in the redevelopment of the church—supporting the strategic growth and practical implementation of a vision rooted in Worship & Prayer, Reaching the Next Generations, and Radical Hospitality. You’ll be helping us build a space where all can encounter the love of Jesus through genuine community and a vibrant worshipping life.
Key Responsibilities:
–Oversee facilities, project management, and office systems
-Lead HR processes, team support, and volunteer structures
-Manage budgeting, giving, and funding applications
-Coordinate Sunday services, events, and external bookings
-Maintain policy compliance, communications, and ChurchSuite
Key Requirements:
-Practicing Christian
-Enhanced DBS
-Flexible pattern of working with Sundays and some evenings included.
