The Principal for Discipleship & Lay Vocations will oversee and manage the strategic breadth of our lay teaching and training provision, including:
– a dynamic diocese-wide discipleship programme
– our diverse and innovative in-house Licensed Lay Ministry scheme, as well as a broadening vision for lay ministry in all its forms
– fresh approaches to resourcing and equipping discipleship and ministry through our pioneering Learning Hub.
