The diocese is based in the heart of the East Midlands, close to the bustling city of Nottingham, and with easy access to London by train with good transport links up, down and across the country. The parishes of All Hallows Gedling and Holy Trinity Lambley are located four and six miles respectively outside the city of Nottingham with good schools, leisure facilities, public amenities and a country park nearby serving a combined population of around 12,500 people. The two congregations are praying for a someone to inspire, teach, challenge and enable them to make new disciples of Christ as well as to deepen the faith of current members.
