Worship Leader, All Hallows’ Lady Bay

18 hours per week / £25,500 to £29,500 FTE (plus 6% pension contribution) / 2 year fixed term contract (with the possibility to extend)

Are you passionate about seeing people encounter Christ through worship?  Are you skilled in inspiring worship, overseeing teams and equipping others to lead?

This role is for a musician who loves to spend time themselves worshipping in God’s presence and who is able to lead others to encounter God through worship.

Lady Bay Church, part of the Table churches, is a church that has grown considerably since welcoming a church ‘graft’ in September 2021. We are wanting to see the church continue to grow in depth and number and people to encounter the living God through inspiring worship.  We see this post as equipping us to do this. 

This role is for a musician who can lead worship and empower others, including children and young people, to find their gifts.  The post holder will build up the teams already involved in worship throughout the week and will encourage more people to become involved.  As part of the staff team they will look to grow in faith themselves and to support other ministries in the church and in local schools as appropriate.
