The Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham are seeking to appoint a full time personal assistant to provide effective and high-quality Governance and Secretariat Support to the senior operations team of the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham.

The Executive Assistant to the Jubilee House Leadership team provides professional and highly organised administrative, and clerical support whilst adhering to the highest level of discretion and diplomacy. 

The role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date diocesan records and support of the Jubilee House Leadership team through document handling, data entry, filing, and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy, providing advice and support, scheduling, and administration. 

The nature of the post will require a degree of mobility and flexibility, with work undertaken in locations around the Diocese and some meetings or training events taking place during evenings and weekends, for which time off in lieu would need to be taken.
