It was a lovely afternoon service held in the Manor Gardens on Thursday 15th May at 3pm, led by Acting Pastoral Care Clergy Steven Claux, to rededicate the bench 'HOPE'. Friends and supporters from Jubilee House, including members of the Diocesan Safeguarding Team, were in attendance. Throughout 2025, Transforming Notts Together (TNT) has embraced a walking theme, connecting with churches, charities, community projects, and Places of Welcome. These gatherings have been a powerful way to highlight the inspiring work taking place across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. From 1st to 15th May, the TNT team walked an incredible 78.1 miles starting in inner-city Nottingham, journeying through outer estates, and continuing into rural Nottinghamshire. The walk culminated in a joyful celebration service at Southwell Minster on Thursday, 15th May. The day began with a Book of Common Prayer

Church bells rang out across Nottinghamshire on Thursday 8th May 2025 as more than 50 churches took part in nationwide celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day. The peals began at 6.30pm, echoing the moment in 1945 when the bells were first rung again after years of wartime silence.
