Worship Pastor, St Mark’s Woodthorpe

Part-time 17.5hrs per week / £15,000 – £16,000 per year depending on experience / Two-year fixed term with potential extension to 2030

In December 2025 , under new leadership, St Mark’s entered a season of renewal and revitalisation. Our vision is to see Hearts on Fire and Hope Alive. We long to see lives transformed by the presence of God, a church alive in worship and discipleship, and hope brought into every corner of North Nottingham. As we step into this new chapter, we are building a team who will help us rekindle and pursue a culture of vibrant, Spirit-filled worship and lead our community deeper into encounter with God. The Worship Pastor role is central to this.

The Worship Pastor will lead and develop a culture of Spirit-filled, encounter-focused worship that reflects the vision of St Mark’s. The post-holder will equip, disciple, and grow a worship team; lead worship across generations and support the wider mission of the church.This role is foundational in establishing worship as a transformational expression of our revitalisation and our commitment to see hearts on fire and hope alive in North Nottingham.
