General synod nominations closed, voting opens soon

Nominations for General Synod clergy and lay members closed on Monday 7th September. The voting period will open soon, during which deanery synods will vote for the nominated candidates.

Everyone who has been nominated up to this point will be able to participate in the vote and has already submitted their electoral address if they have chosen to write one. Each address will be published on our website and the election portal shortly.

HOW DOES THE VOTING PERIOD WORK?
