“I found comfort in the Bible”

It was so good to sit down with Ryan and hear his story of finding faith in the midst of loss. Ryan didn’t grow up with any experience of church, but a few years’ ago, he faced two huge bereavements which led to him questioning the meaning of life. Through the loss of his baby, Ryan and his wife connected with their local church, and after sharing his questions with the vicar, decided to try Alpha.

Ryan started reading the Bible, and found passages that related to his story and helped to pick him up out of darkness and find peace.
