Worship Team Leader, The Riverfold

35hrs/week / £33,615 – £36,679, starting at £33,615. Plus, up to 10% pension / Permanent, but funding is only secured to the end of 2030; there is a possibility of extending beyond this date.

We’re looking for a passionate Worship Team Leader to inspire and develop vibrant, Spirit-led worship across The Riverfold. You’ll equip and mentor musicians and emerging worship leaders, grow contemporary worship in churches, schools, and New Worshipping Communities, and help people encounter Jesus through creative, authentic worship.

Working across our rural churches, you’ll support worship teams, provide resources and training, and contribute to cluster-wide events and discipleship opportunities.

This exciting role has been made possible through the generous funding and support of the National Church of England, enabling us to grow our ministry, strengthen our communities, and share the love of Christ in new and meaningful ways.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead inspiring, Spirit-led worship across The Riverfold.
• Develop, mentor and equip musicians and emerging worship leaders.
• Build vibrant worship teams and invest in the next generation.
• Shape creative worship for churches, schools and new worshipping communities.
• Oversee worship technology and work collaboratively with the Riverfold leadership team.
