Youth Ministry Leader, All Hallows Gedling & Holy Trinity Lambley

15 hours per week / £28,000 FTE plus 8% pension contribution / 2 year fixed term with potential extension

All Hallows in Gedling and Holy Trinity in Lambley are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and thoughtful Youth Ministry Leader.  The Youth Ministry Leader will develop and lead an effective youth ministry for young people aged 11-18 that serves the communities of Gedling and Lambley. 

The successful candidate will establish sustainable patterns that will encourage growth, enrich faith, and deepen understanding through teaching, leadership development, pastoral care, building community, mentoring, and fun. The role will include outreach into the community and developing positive links with young people in the area.  They will partner with clergy, ministers, leaders, and volunteers to create a culture that values, embraces, and enriches youth and their many gifts.  

All Hallows and Holy Trinity are in the midst a refreshing their mission after a long interregnum and are excited to expand their ministries as they live out their mission: Christ for you, Christ for the community, Christ for the world.
