Youth Outreach Pastor, Holy Trinity Southwell

20 hrs/week / £14,933 to £16,000 (0.53 FTE, £28,000 to £30,000) / Permanent

We’re seeking someone to help establish and grow youth ministry at Holy Trinity – building on existing school connections, creating new outreach groups, and discipling young people as they take steps of faith. If you’re energised by reaching young people beyond the walls of the church, partnering with schools, and shaping a ministry from the ground up, then we’d love to hear from you.

The key areas of responsibility include developing school partnerships, creating new outreach groups, discipling young people, and building a volunteer team.

We’re looking for someone with a vibrant faith, a natural connection with teenagers, and the creativity to pioneer new things. You’ll bring energy, good communication, and a collaborative spirit, with the confidence to lead volunteers to help shape a new ministry.
