LLM Opening Residential 2026

Last weekend, a new year of Licensed Lay Ministry (LLM) training began at the beautiful Highgate House Christian Conference Centre in Creaton. It was a weekend of worship, learning, food and fun, as the new cohort came together to get to know one another, share in prayer and worship, and focus their hearts on the God who loves them and has called them to serve Him.

We’re delighted to welcome 18 new first-year students, alongside 12 returning second-year students!

Revd Maureen, LLM Programme Chaplain, shared: “Coming from different backgrounds and traditions, we gathered around our love for Jesus and our desire to serve Him. We swapped our decorated mugs to remind us to pray for each other, and got to know each other through some crazy games as well as deep conversations!”

We’re so thankful for the compassion, confidence and courage of each person following God’s call to Licensed Lay Ministry. We believe God is still calling people today.
