People Update – October 2025

PARISH

Revd. Peter Chantry, at present at present Vicar in the benefice of Skegby with Teversal is to retire with effect from 7th November 2025. We’re grateful for Peter’s ministry in the diocese, please do pray for him as he begins retirement.

JUBILEE HOUSE

Elisha Oak has joined the central support team at Jubilee House as Parish Communications Enabler. Elisha will be supporting parishes in developing clear, creative and missional communication. Her role is to enable parishes to communicate the life of their church in ways that grow disciples, reflect their church community and strengthen missional outreach across the parish. She can provide tailored advice, training and resources to equip churches online and on paper. This role has been enabled through generous funding from the national church.

Tom Walters has joined the central support team at Jubilee House as Contemporary Worship Lead. Tom is responsible for raising up new, inspiring worship leaders who will lead congregations into encounter with the Lord. Tom will be splitting his time between Jubilee House and Trinity Church Nottingham. This role has been enabled through generous funding from the national church.

Craig Moxham has joined the central support team at Jubilee House as Church School Sustainability Lead. Craig is building fruitful relationships with schools across the Diocese, particularly smaller schools and those facing particular challenges. His role is to ensure that each school has a sustainable, flourishing future, maximising local partnerships and networks.

Sharon Vocaturo has finished her role as Administrative Officer in the the Jubilee House central support team, with her final day being 18th September. Having supported us on Reception for 2.5 years, Sharon has decided to take a step back and discern what God has planned for her next. Please do pray for Sharon as she begins a new chapter.
