This page is just for you. It tells you what to do if you feel worried, upset, or unsafe.

Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Feel safe wherever you are
- Be listened to and taken seriously
- Say no to anything that makes you uncomfortable
- Ask for help at any time

When Should You Tell Someone?
You should tell a trusted adult if:
- Someone is hurting you or making you feel scared
- Someone asks you to keep a secret that worries you
- You don’t feel safe at home, church, or online
- Something just doesn’t feel right

Who Can Help?
You can talk to:
- A parent or carer
- Parish Safeguarding Officer
- A teacher or school staff member
- A church leader or volunteer
- Our Safeguarding Team
