St Saviour’s Easter Baptism Service

It was such a joyful and special time celebrating Easter at St Saviour’s, rejoicing in the risen Jesus and joining with heaven as they celebrated seven baptisms and one reaffirmation of baptismal vows. 

The church witnessed three children, four young people, and one adult take this powerful step of faith, sharing how encountering Jesus has changed their lives and filled them with hope. One child even shared her testimony through a poem:

“Before I knew you, I felt confused, like I was all alone.
But now I know your love for me has made my heart your home.
You bring me peace and safety and guide me with your light,
And now I feel safe because I know you’re with me day and night.”

“Just as Christ was raised from the dead… we too may live a new life.”
