Apprentice Track 2025/26 Applications Now Open!
We’re pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2025/26 year of The Apprentice Track. Designed for 18-30s, this programme offers four exciting pathways to deepen your faith, grow in community, and develop as a leader. Amy’s Story
Towards the end of my degree I was looking at what could be next. The Lord had started me on a leadership journey, and as a younger leader, the internship felt like the ideal place to explore that call with practical ministry experience and input into my discipleship.
I would recommend the internship to anyone who simply wants to create more space for Jesus in their life as well as serve in the Church. It is a beautiful invitation to get to know the heart of Jesus while stepping further into your God-given identity and calling. I have seen God do remarkable things in my church setting and experienced so much personal breakthrough, all while doing it alongside an amazing group of interns all after the same things. The internship is such a gift.
Nav’s Story
I signed up for the internship because I felt God was calling me to whole-heartedly give a full year to Him. During my time at university, I’d loved getting to serve the Church Family (especially the youth!), and I knew the internship would give me many opportunities to do more of that, as well as helping me get even more stuck-in at Church. For me, the internship was also a way I could explore what direct Church ministry could look like, which would be helpful in discerning the near and far future.
I would recommend the internship for so many reasons! It’s an amazing way to grow as a disciple alongside some amazing people whilst being led by brilliant leaders. I have developed great friendships with people who are hungry for God from across Churches and are constantly pushing you to deepen your faith. Within the Church, the teams are fantastic and people are so invested in helping you grow as a person and as a follower of Jesus. If you want an opportunity to give, whilst also being so powerfully poured into, I could not recommend the internship enough!
4 ways to get involved this year:
The Internship:
An opportunity to join a team at a local church and commit to a year of growing in discipleship and in leadership. You will be journeying in community with a dynamic cohort of other interns and young adults.
The Apprentice Track (programme only):
Intentionally designed to sit alongside normal working life or study, this is an opportunity for all 18-30s to go deeper in their journey of following Jesus. Every few weeks we gather together for a day of learning and discussing what it means to follow Jesus today. We then commit to practicing what we’ve talked about in our own context.
The Internship (Year 2):
A chance for those who have completed year 1 of the internship to dive deeper into their calling as they follow Jesus in specific roles of leadership within the church.
The Leadership Track (programme only):
The Leadership Track is a space for those in leadership in the church and the wider world, to be supported as they step into what God is calling them to. We believe leadership really matters and is worth investing in. This track offers teaching on the spiritual life of a leader, as well as practical tools for the journey.
