Kate Byrom has joined the diocesan central support team at Jubilee House as Head of Ministerial Development & Wellbeing. Kate will provide support for all those in licensed ministry (lay and ordained) to continue growing as leaders as they lead the work of Growing Disciples across the diocese. This includes ongoing ministerial development, managing the Ministerial Development Review process, and leading our approach to clergy wellbeing. Kate places Sarah Patten who was previously in this role.

Katrina Proctor recently resigned as Director of Finance & Operations and will leave her role in early April 2026. Katrina has made a very significant contribution to our work over the last three years, especially increasing the focus on supporting and equipping parishes at a local level with PCC finances. She played a key role in the work of the Parish Share Team and developing the Journey of Generosity, including sharing her own powerful personal testimony at the Deanery Roadshows during Autumn 2024. It has been a joy to see her personal faith deepen during her time with us.
