Revd. David Rowe, at present Rector at Wiverton in the Vale, retired on 6th July 2025. David’s last Sunday in the benefice was Sunday 6th July. We’re grateful for David’s ministry in the diocese, please do pray for him as he begins retirement.

Revd. Daniele Bocchetti, at present Assistant Curate at Holy Trinity & the Priory Lenton, to be Vicar in the Benefice of Woodthorpe. The licensing date is to be confirmed. Please pray for Daniele as he prepares for this new role.

Revd. Mike Forsyth, at present Vicar at St James’ Porchester, is to resign with effect of 31st August 2025. Mike’s last Sunday in the benefice will be 3rd August 2025. We’re grateful for Mike’s ministry in the diocese, please do pray for him as he prepares for his next role.

Tracey Byrne, at present Priest-in-Charge at Carrington Benefice here in the Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham, to be Priest-in-Charge with pastoral responsibility for Llay, Rossett and Isycoed in the Alyn Mission Area in the Diocese of St Asaph. Tracey’s last Sunday at St John the Evangelist Carrington was 20th July 2025. We’re grateful for Tracey’s ministry in the diocese, please do pray for her as she prepares for this new role.

NEW PRIEST-IN-CHARGE FOR CARLTON-IN-THE-WILLOWS

Revd. Bethan Resch, at present Assistant Curate at Trinity Church Nottingham (BMO), to be Priest-in-Charge in the benefice of Carlton-in-the-Willows. Bethan was licensed at St Paul’s Carlton-in-the-Willows on Tuesday 29th July. Please pray for Bethan as she begins this new role.

Justin Crawford has left his role at HR Manager in the central support team at Jubilee House, his final day was Friday 25th July. Please do pray for Justin as he leaves and begins a new chapter, as well as for the wider team as recruitment for this role begins.
