Easter at East Leake

We had our easter holiday club with 58 children and 14 teenage junior leaders diving deep into the love of Jesus who went to the deep so we could be rescued forever. You can see more highlights of this on our video. https://youtu.be/CbFBT5MqinA

We also had our Good Friday Walk – a day-long 15 miles walk visiting every church in the Benefice. 160 people and 9 dogs were involved in some way throughout the day, either walking bits or just popping in for some of the services. At each stop we had a hymn,  prayers and bible teaching from Mark’s Gospel as we unpact the truth of the cross and its power for us today.
