The diocese’s HR team are here to provide expert advice and support to parishes regarding recruitment, employment, and the management of staff and volunteers. Emily McRitchie is our HR Manager, and Louise Spring is our HR & DBS Administrator.
To assist you, we are currently in the process of creating a number of guidance packs and document templates which have been designed to help guide parishes through the process of recruitment and employment. These will be added to this page in the coming months.
